Marshall Realty & Associates, the Franklin County based real estate brokerage co-owned by Brick Marshall and Craig Garrow, is pleased to announce the merger of Backus Real Estate, expanding its footprint into the Chateaugay market and surrounding communities.

If you received a check in the mail from a "Real Estate Company" along with a letter claiming to be from "Publishers Clearing House", it is a scam. The check is fake and cannot be legitimately cashed. The individuals sending these are scammers trying to steal money.
If you’ve received one of these letters and checks, do not deposit it. Instead, report it to the FTC or FCC to help stop this fraudulent activity.
